    => This mod is made for prevent too much quick and big expansion by conquest, and enjoy a different way to play to EU4, with a general balance and improved ai.

    It improve the game difficulty because you can't blob half of the world in 100y and also because ai is improved with a better resilience and a better country ( ai make more dev and building )

    Game look like more historical with the different ai modifiers

    => Ce mod est fait pour empêcher les expansions trop rapides et importantes par la conquête, et profiter d'une manière différente de jouer à EU4, avec des rééquilibrages généraux ainsi qu'une ia améliorée.

    Change :

    -Peace Cost Province & Vassal x2 ( exepct for some cb )
    -Aggressive Expansion for Province & Vassal x2 ( exepct for some cb )
    -Aggressive Expansion Decay: -2/yr -> -1/yr
    -Max Aggressive Expansion: -1000 -> -200

    Provinces :

    -Unaccepted cultures in same culture group give moderate penalities
    -Unaccepted cultures in different culture groups give powerfull penalities
    -Core of same culture group stay 500y (up from 150y)

    -Less Harder Bankruptcy (for save ai from the hell)
    -Better Revanchism

    -AI will use Historical Idea Group ( reworked )
    -Development Cap Base/Mult up ( it mean more money, more building, more army )
    -AI Budget is Improve
    -AI Factor for make building upgrade ( it mean more building, more money, more army )
    -Some different ai improvment
    -Diplomatic action "ask" and "offer" military access are restricted for AI to neightbor non rival country (no more access to the full world) (don't change anything for diplomatic human actions)

    Graphics :

    -Units Display Variation : Inf/Cav/Arty = 1/3/1 (Graphical Units Weights)
    -Flags from Anmaril's flags ( steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1501231228 )
    -African basic gfx are replace by Mossi gfx for Western/Center Africa / by Sofala for Eastern / Madagascan Africa
