After years of playing EU4, I'm unable to return to turn-based strategy games.

For the first time in years, I attempted to play Civ 5 and was unable to do it. After so many years of playing grand strategy games, Civ appears to be more of a children's game than a true strategy game. Even on the hardest difficulties, playing needs little conscious thought, and I found myself mindlessly tapping the Next Turn button for several hours. In contrast to the ongoing conflict in EU4 and HOI4, there is no actual conflict in Civ. Anyone else had a similar experience after playing a long time of grand strategy games like EU4?

oui, déjà que je n'étais pas fan du tour par tour, mais jouer à EU4 à un peu tuer le truc juste parce qu'il y a tjr qqe chose à faire
