C'est ça. (mais le rebelle je l'ai bien ajouter à la ville pour la garnison)
Donc pour resumer (
) : les fichiers qui n'avaient pas l'attribut lecture seul (le descr_strat et le descr_region.txt), je ne peux pas leur donner l'attribu lecture seul ?
Je sais qu'il faut la retirer pour sauvegarder et la rajouter apres pour ceux qui l'avaient déjà à la base mais pour les autres qui ne l'ont pas ?
Car si je ne leurs donnent pas l'attribut lecture seul, il ne prend pas en compte mes modifs je crois...
Donc, ceux qui ne l'avaient pas et que j'ai modifier, je leur donne l'attribut ou pas
?

Bon comme tu repond pas pour voir j'ai laissé les fichiers qui étaient en lecture seul en lecture seul, et ceux qui ne l'étaient pas le sont toujours pas.
Suite, le descr_regions_and_settlement_name_lookup.txt :

Normalement il ne faut jamais que le fichier soit en lecture seule, seulement d'un Windows à un autre cela peut changer, donc au pire essaye avec tous les fichiers en lecture seule puis après aucun en lecture seule. De mon coté j'ai toujours moddé sans la lecture seule.
Peux-tu copier le system.log comme ça je pourrai voir plus précisément l'erreur !
(vérifie que c'est le bon system.log avec l'heure de génération qui est indiqué)

Bon j'ai cherché un peu et je pense que la solution est celle-ci, lorsque tu supprimes map.rmw et map.heights tu dois mettre à jour ton map_heigths.tga de la manière suivante :
remplace toutes les valeurs qui sont en 0,0,0 par 1,1,1 et ce sera bon !
Autres solutions peu probables :

Tu vans dans le bouton "edition" je crois et tu as un outil pour aller à la ligne x
Egalement as-tu supprimé les fichiers .strings.bin avant de lancer le mod ?
Peux-tu mettre une photo du maps_regions.tga ?
Question imporante est-ce qu'un map.rmw se crée lorsque tu lances le jeu ?
As-tu vérifié avant sur le jeu que ta région pouvait se placer là ? Car apparemment il y a déjà une ressource dessus.

1) Remplacer quelle valeurs ? comment on met à jour ? Dsl mais je comprend pas comment faire car j'ai supprime le map.height et tu me dis de le mettre à jour...

Ne fais Pas attention aux questions du spoliée c'est bien la première qui compte.
Pour modifier la couleur de la mer (0,0,0) en 1,1,1 il te faut un logiciel comme gimp.
Donc ouvre ton map_heights.tga et il doit y avoir quelque part dans les outils la possibilité de remplacer une couleur par une autre.
Encore une fois je ne saurai te dire exactement quel options car je ne suis pas sur un pc et je n'ai pas gimp sous la main. Mais je suis sur et certain qu'une fois ceci fait soit le jeu marchera soit il donnera un autre problème, mais on aura déjà résolu celui-ci

Mais tu m'a dis de le supprimer donc je l'ai plus le seul qui revient c'est le map.rwm !

PS : je dois modifier que la mer ? Car elle n'affiche pas 0,0,0 mais 41 140 233...
Tu veux surement parler du map_region non ?

Non je t'ai dit de supprimer le map_heights.hgt mais certainement pas le map_heights.tga !
Et si tu ouvres celui-ci tu verra qu'il y a des valeurs 0,0,0 à remplacer

Il y a pleins de couleurs différents, seulement il faut supprimer toutes celles en 0,0,0 par 1,1,1
